Shipping:

All products are shipped by UPS Ground. Call us to make arrangements for expedited shipping. Shipping fee is depending on shipping weight and distance.  At this time, we do not ship outside the USA.

Return:

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the shipment. Returned items must in good condition and in their original packaging complete with all accessories.  Prior to shipment, you must contact us and obtain an RMA number before return.

Defective units will be replaced free of charge when they are received in good condition.

You are responsible for returning the defective unit to us using a trackable shipping service and, if the value is over US$100, you must pay for any excess insurance.
